Share the application and dates
Tell us your product or material, container or pack, closure or label, target output, batch pattern, site location, available utilities and preferred hire period. A finished technical specification is not required.
Check suitability and availability
We compare the application with potentially suitable equipment, identify change parts or trials, and check preparation time and availability. Photos, drawings or samples may be requested where they reduce application risk.
Agree the rental scope
The written quotation sets out the machine, period, charges, deposit if applicable, delivery, installation, operator familiarisation, cleaning, maintenance, insurance and return arrangements.
Prepare, deliver and hand over
The equipment is prepared for the agreed product and format. Site access, utilities, floor space and line interfaces are confirmed before dispatch. Included setup and commissioning are completed at handover.
Operate, receive support and return
Use the equipment within the agreed scope and report problems promptly. At the end of the period, clean and prepare it for collection in line with the hire agreement—or ask about an extension before the return date.
What affects availability?
The exact machine, product contact materials, format parts, output, guarding, site conditions, transport, preparation work and existing reservations all affect availability. Early enquiries give the best planning window.
